Prep Suggestion ☆

Latte (matcha/hojicha)

01 SCOOP 3G OF MATCHA
Add 10ml of water and whisk into a thick, smooth paste.

02 ADD 30ML OF WATER
Whisk in a gentle W motion until smooth and frothy.

03 PREPARE YOUR MILK
Add 90ml of milk to a glass filled with ice.

04 POUR & ENJOY ♡
Slowly pour your freshly whisked matcha over the milk.

Koicha (matcha)

01 SCOOP 3G OG MATCHA
Add 15ml of warm water and slowly knead into a thick, smooth paste.

02 ADD 15ML WATER
Continue mixing gently until rich, glossy, and completely smooth.

03 SERVE & ENJOY ♡
Koicha is traditionally enjoyed straight, without milk or ice. Best served in a small bowl or cup.

Usucha (matcha)

01 SCOOP 2G OF MATCHA
Add 60ml of warm water and whisk in a gentle W motion.

02 WHISK UNTIL FROTHY
Whisk briskly until a fine layer of foam forms on the surface.

03 SERVE & ENJOY ♡
Enjoy as is, or add a little more water to your preferred strength.
